Marlon Funaki, a master showman and performer, put on a fantastic show. The BB&T Pavilion, however, was TERRIBLE. I would absolutely see him again. We were there for Chicago 3 weeks earlier, and they were horribly unprepared and dysfunctional. Entry scanners didn't work right, there were long delays getting in, and food service was unprepared. Some popular items were not available or ready, and some payment screens didn't work. The staff was disorganized. 3 weeks later, it was just as bad. Entry was very disorganized, staff could not answer questions, lines were moved multiple times, and scanners didn't work. Long delays persisted, and inside staff and security were unprepared. Again, some food service wasn't ready. I give Marlon Funaki 5 stars, I give BB&T zero.
